World-altering public changes are imperative to a more sustainable planet and are catalyzed by personal actions that put pressure on our politicians, businesses and culture. Our communities, farming practices, fashion, design, politics, cultures, workplaces and cities are transformed when we apply a circular mindset and approach.
Our impact can be restorative if we consider biodiversity and take an ecosystems approach to our human-made processes and mimic the cycles of our planetary fabric.Alice Irene Whittaker, Isabelle Couture and Economist Kate Raworth will discuss systems change and models for circular living and how individual actions and community power can create a circular, regenerative society. Their stories and a song by local singer and songwriter Alise Marlane will inspire us all to take steps towards a just transition.
